Made this layout for a challenge at TallyScrappers...you should check out the message board! (Tell Pinky that you read it from my blog...) Anyway, the challenge was to scrap about something we regretted or wished we could take back or change our decision...so I scrapped about the entire debacle of my mother moving here and the resulting tearing asunder of our lives as we knew it...
I made my own mists out of Distress Ink re-inkers and Perfect Pearls powder and used a combination of dictionary pages and tissue paper on the flower. I used the mist on the chipboard alphas as well. I had never made my own mists...now I need to get all of the distress re-inkers because I had a blast mixing them!

Awesome layout! That's really funny that you have a 'buyer's remorse' story about a home purchase. I have a very similar story about moving 5 hours away from my family and friends 5 years ago. Our house even looked very similar to that! It was 'our dream house' in the country, but it was remote and lonely. We only lasted 6 months before puting it on the market and then 3 months after that we moved back home to a house 2 streets over from the one we sold.
